Article 1 | Definitions

1.1. La Bodeguita: La Bodeguita Dance School, located in The Hague.

1.2. Participant: The person who registers for classes or workshops at La Bodeguita.

1.3. Class Pass: A prepaid card for a set number of classes (10, 20, or 30).

1.4. Subscription: An ongoing agreement for participation in classes over a set period.

Article 2 | Applicability

2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all classes, workshops, and events organized by La Bodeguita.

2.2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing.

Article 3 | Class Passes

3.1. Class passes are personal and non-transferable.

3.2. Available options: 10, 20, or 30 classes.

3.3. Validity of class passes:
– 10 classes: 3 months
– 20 classes: 6 months
– 30 classes: 12 months

3.4. No refunds for expired or unused classes.

Article 4 | Subscriptions

4.1. Subscriptions are available for 3, 6 or 12 months.

4.2. After the contract period, the subscription will automatically continue on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

4.3. Subscription pauses:

3-month subscription: maximum 7 days pause.

6-month subscription: maximum 14 days pause.

12-month subscription: maximum 30 days pause.

4.4. A subscription pause request must be submitted by email to info@labodeguita.nl at least 1 week before the desired start date and no later than the 22nd of the month.
From the 22nd of each month, the automatic payments for the following month are processed. Requests received after the 22nd cannot be applied to the upcoming month and will therefore be processed for the month thereafter.

Pauses are granted in full-week periods only and not for individual days.

Article 5 | Payment and Cancellation

5.1. Subscriptions and class passes must be paid in advance.

5.2. Subscription cancellations must be submitted via email at least 1 month in advance to info@labodeguita.nl.
The cancellation must be received before the 1st day of the new month to prevent the next automatic renewal.
Example: If you want to end your subscription by October 1st, we must receive your cancellation no later than August 30th.

5.3. No refunds for missed classes unless cancelled by La Bodeguita.

Article 6 | Photos and Videos

6.1. Photos and videos may be taken during classes and events.

6.2. By participating, you give permission for these images to be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media.

6.3. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform the photographer or videographer before the class or event, or notify us in advance via info@labodeguita.nl.

Article 7 | Liability

7.1. Participation in classes is at your own risk.

7.2. La Bodeguita is not liable for injuries or damage to personal belongings unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Article 8 | Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8.2. Your data will only be used for delivering our services and will never be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.

Article 9 | Complaints and Disputes

9.1. Complaints can be submitted within 14 days via info@labodeguita.nl.
We will work with you to find a solution.

9.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.

Article 10 | Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1. La Bodeguita may update these terms. Changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or our website.

10.2. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your agreement.

Article 11 | Force Majeure

11.1. La Bodeguita is not liable for situations beyond our control, such as extreme weather or technical issues that prevent classes from taking place.

Article 12 | Membership Upgrades and Downgrades

12.1. Downgrading your subscription during the contract period is not allowed.

12.2. Upgrades are possible, and the benefits of the new level take effect immediately.
You cannot make changes yourself through the app – just send us an email at info@labodeguita.nl, and we’ll take care of it.

Article 13 | Catching Up Missed Classes

13.1. Missed classes can be made up within one month, provided your subscription is still active.

13.2. This option is not available after cancellation.

13.3. For Beginners 1 and 2, missed classes must be made up within the course period. Transferring credits to a future course is not allowed.
