Medal System: How Does It Work?
To join our Improvers to Advanced classes, you need a medal from our instructors. Each level has its own medal. If you’re new, you can participate for a week without a medal. Think you’re ready for a medal? Ask your instructor—they will assess your skills and award you a medal if you’re ready.

Take the time to fully master each level before moving on to the next one. This will help you become a dancer that everyone wants to dance with!

Instructors Decide
No Medal If:
- You are new, and we haven’t seen you dance yet. Send us a message, and we can add you to a class. After that, the instructor can award you a medal.
- You don’t have a profile picture in the Bueno app. Our instructors need to know who you are!
